Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Estonian and EU consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bargelloperfume.ee with your order number. You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback is appreciated.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
