Are you motivated, customer-oriented, and passionate about perfumes? Join our team as an Intern Sales Representative at our Rocca Al Mare store! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service, with the potential for a permanent position based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Analyze customer needs and create sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily sales targets and consistently work to improve performance.
• Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare necessary reports and documentation.
• Manage and process online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are attractive and organized.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Estonian (mandatory).
• Conversational English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a team player.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for perfumes and delivering excellent customer service.
